It's official: Leven Rambin, who for the past few years has starred on All My Children as both Lily, who has autism, and her wild-child sister, Ava (there's always a look-alike, isn't there?), is joining Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles as a series regular.

When Season 2 of the Fox series gets underway, Rambin will play Riley, a new school friend of John's.

Leven, Summer Glau.... John-boy, never mind the future. Your present is some sweet shizzle! Stay put. — Matt Mitovich

I like Lily, I just don't like Leven. Oh well, I'll still watch TSCC.

She looks like Leif Garrett in that photo.

She did a great job as Lily, and I saw her in a guest spot on one of the crime shows, and she was pretty good. Ava, however.. don't get me started.

I'm kind of happy seeing her get away from the NYC nightlife (not that LA is any better). She earned a lot of well-deserved praise and then squandered it with her off-camera behavior. I hope she can start fresh on the west coast with a new role. I can see her fitting into Terminator nicely. I hope her character is more like Lily and less like Ava. Best of luck to her.

Erin was fantastic on AMC, she played autistic Lily perfectly for years. She's a great talent and I'm so happy to see her in Primetime. I may have to tune in.

So, um, does this mean we'll never find out what the story is with the girl at John's school who seems so troubled? I think that the character's name that I'm thinking of is Cheri Westin.

Is Summer Glau still on the show?
I thought she was destroyed in the last show.

Leven is a fine actress I like Lily but hated Ava. Do no much care for actress she trays to act way past her age.

bantling14: "I saw her in a guest spot on one of the crime shows"

It was Law & Order: SVU from two seasons ago--she played this mega rich girl, who thought she and her other drinking friends were above the law--and paid dearly for it, when the judge (played by Judith Light) gave them a second chance--the ultimate price.

Loved her as Lily, couldn't stand Ava--that performance looked too forced.

Leven Rambin did a fantastic job on AMC being perfectly believable as innocent autistic Lilly and bad-girl Ava. I'm looking forward to her joining the other strong women of Terminator:. I also love Summer Glau from Firefly.

I am extremely pleased to see "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" has been renewed. The sci-fi fx mixed with the drama segments are tops.

Though the British actress playing Sarah is harsher and more ruthless than as depicted by Linda Hamilton, still I find the series to be an excellent prequel or sequel, whatever, to the original movies and I certainly am looking forward to seeing another season.

Go series!

I'm done.

I was glad when the show was renewed, but this is a stake through the heart of the show.

I was ecstatic when she quit/was let go/was fired from All My Children, and now, here she is...on one of the few shows I was still intending to watch in prime time. What a mess...

There are so many teenage actresses on soaps who can act and act extremely well. How could they hire such a pitiful/poor actress for a show that everyone had to hold their breath and wait to see if it would be renewed?

My husband isn't intending to give up yet, but he hasn't seen how bad an actress she is yet. Hopefully, they explode her character in the first one or two episodes...that would be a sight to see.
