The two Philly chefs on the Fox series Hell's Kitchen are now gone: Hatboro's Chino Chang and Darby's Monterray Keys  Someone new to follow: Dublin (Bucks County) native Matthew Petersen, who starts Aug. 24 on the new season of Top Chef Just Desserts. Petersen, an alum of LaCroix and Morimoto, is executive pastry chef at D.C.'s CityZen and Sou'Wester.
