Needs current info

This app used to be my main source for reviewing trailers for movies and seeing what was showing in the theaters around me. Since Covid 19, the movie information in the theaters seems to not be updating. I know that our theaters are open now and showing movies but the movie times are not showing up in the app anymore.

Has Apple decided to cease updates for Trailers?

Trailers has been my ‘goto’ app for which/when/where movies for years. Suddenly, now that it’s becoming safe to go to theaters again, the app doesn’t load the movie listing for local theaters any longer. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m looking at local theaters (Raleigh-Durham, NC) or larger cities or smaller towns. All appear to have broken listings. The list of theaters appears to still be accurate, just no (or inaccurate) listing of the films & showtimes.

** Please please fix **

I’m lazy and don’t want to have to use a Google search to get listings, nor an app like fandango who only have presale agreements with the large chain theaters.

Not functioning as intended

I like the trailers functionality itself but the feature which would be most helpful is the favorites feature where you can save a movie you want to see for later but this has never worked for me on iPhone. I can add movies to favorites but can never retrieve them. I just get the spinny icon like it is trying to update but it never does. This has been happening for years over all three of my iPhones. Apparently Apple does not test this feature or you would think they would have found that out. I would absolutely love the app if this worked.
