My new location is not visible, and I have reviews that have not showed up for my original location

Trying to get Google to stop hindering my business with its badly designed automated moderation, since they can't be bothered to address paying customers with human interaction

This location doesn't have a maps link, I mentioned already it's not visible on Google maps. That is the majority of the issue here.
The link to my original location that is having issues with reviews not showing up (in any way whatsoever). Is:
https://maps.app.goo.gl/Rz7zuPWboUNdK1LR9
I added this location to my GMB profile about a week ago, it took 3 days to show upon my profile as a location that I can manage . And when I select this location in my app, it says:
"Your business will appear on Google after it's reviewed"
And when I sent an email to the robots that Google extremely falsely believe are adequate I received an email that made references to "reinstatement" and "replying to a denial" which is INSANELY confusing to me because I have not even yet had the opportunity to do anything acting as this location in order to receive some sort of mistakenly punitive response.

About a week ago you started the process of creating a new profile. You requested and inputted a verification code and you've been waiting a week for it to appear on Google Search/Maps.
More recently you contacted Google to ask what was happening, and you received the automated reply which you sent a screenshot of in your last reply.
Is that about right?
Normally, after entering a verification code, creation of the profile would be instantaneous, but that doesn't sound the case here (if I've understood correctly!).
Can you just confirm I've got this right?
If I have, I'd suggest you reply to the automated response you've received - or perhaps you've done that already?
Please let me know on all of this and I'll see what I can do to help.

Yeah you have that just about right. I need this location visible on "maps" yesterday, because I spent money on a lease and now I'm losing money every single day that Google sits around with it's worthless support system consisting purely of pre-prepared "replies in a can" and laughing at it's paying customers while they make ten million dollars a day
But thank you for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated

And yes of course I have replied to the robot messages I have received. Those responses are all just more canned replies from bots that are less than no help at all. This whole "sorry we can't help because covid" thing has me almost literally fuming at the ears. They've used this as a shitty excuse to cut all their customer support, when these people could absolutely be working from home. But instead, no, Google would rather save the 0.0000001% of it's revenue instead of providing assistance to it's customer base.

OK, I appreciate this must be frustrating, but I hope I can help.
I suspect they have a problem with the new listing you're trying to create because of the nature of your business.
It sounds like - and please correct me if I'm wrong - that you provide your services at your clients locations?
If that's the case, you should set up your profile as a service area business, removing your address from your listing.
If I've got that wrong, Google may require evidence, perhaps signage, of your new location, illustrating that you accept visitors there during the hours stated on your profile.
Whichever it is, I would probably have gone about this differently.
It doesn't look like the nature of your business has changed, so I would have simply changed the address on your original profile. This would most likely have triggered a re-verification request, and possibly a short suspension, which would have been lifted once you provided information to Google when requested.
In fact, doing this might still be the best idea if you're getting nowhere with the new listing!
Change the address to your new offices, be prepared for a short suspension, re-verify, and then remove your address from your listing. This way, Google will know your business has relocated, and that should help your rankings in your new location.
I appreciate this isn't straight forward, but hopefully I've given you some options/ideas and highlighted some potential stumbling blocks.
If you don't want to go down any of these routes, please let me know the last case ID you received from Google and I'll see what I can do.
Best wishes,
Nathan

It is already set as a service area business, and I don't want to delete either location because the new location is managed by a separate individual with separate employees. In either case, I haven't been asked to provide evidence of signage or proof of physical location.

Ok I think you have probably narrowed the issue down to what is causing my problem here. I didn't realize that I had not set the new profile as a SAB. I will change my original profile to the counties to the north and my new one as a SAB for the counties to the south. I'll change all that and get back to you.
