Dear Sirs,


What were you thinking when writing this review? Apparently, scholarly takes a back seat to glamour in your eyes. Specialist literature is specialist literature. Not everything has to have mass market appeal. As someone who works for a book publishing company, I'm well aware of the economics, but even our small company has produced short-run, specialty titles for our audience that have sold quite well.

Please. In future, try to leave your personal bias out of the review.
