Individual Call-ups made by a Designated User pursuant to the Standing Offer must not exceed $40,000.00 (GST/HST included).

The Designated User may also incorporate within the call-up limitation up to a TOTAL of $5,000.00 of non-Standing Offer items on any Call-up.

The Designated User may also incorporate within the call-up limitation up to a TOTAL of $25,000.00 of optional Standing Offer items on any Call-up (GST/HST included). This limitation applies to optional standing offer items whether they are purchased at the time of an initial system purchase or in any subsequent callup issued by a designated user.

Requirements exceeding $40,000.00 and up to $1,000,000.00 (GST/HST included) shall be submitted to the applicable PWGSC Office in a funded requisition for processing by PWGSC.

For purchases greater than $1,000,000.00 (GST/HST included), normal tendering procedures will apply and an RFP will be issued.
