Welcome to the Crown Assets Web Offer to Purchase application, an internet based interactive query of our surplus database, simply put... what's for sale? Buyers will be able to search, query and bid, based on commodity and region, for available surplus items that are out on tender at that moment. The results of this search will display items sorted by sale account. Buyers then choose specific items they wish more information on . The application will then generate an Offer to Purchase form for each sale account including only their chosen items along with details of the sale conditions etc. Buyers print the OTP using their web browser, fill in their bids on the hard copy and submit through a fax or the mail (NOT by internet mail) the completed form to Crown Assets or a delegated representative, based on the location of the commodity.
