Foundation is incorporated. All use of the these Trademarks is governed by the Dnghu Trademark and
Servicemark License. No additional rights are granted by implication,
estoppel, or otherwise. Terms which claimed as generic are not governed by
any Dnghu license and are used as common descriptors by the Dnghu.
