In 1997 general guidelines for implementing the principle
of Quantitative Ingredients Declaration (QUID) were introduced. Labels are to
indicate the quantity of certain ingredients expressed as a percentage of the
final product. The

document lists all the substances used for the manufacture of plastic materials
which have been notified to the European Commission and which have been evaluated
or are currently being evaluated by the SCF. It includes the SCF evaluations
