How can I change/cancel my temporary stop once it has been entered?

You can change your stop request by logging in to your account at Subscriber Services online or call 202-334-6100.

Phone Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Sunday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Holidays 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
