I’ve linked my digital and print accounts, but why can’t I manage my account profile and subscription information?
In order to manage your billing, temporary stops for print delivery, and other account features online, you need to be sure your digital and print accounts are linked with your print subscription account number. If you previously linked them with just your phone number, you’ll need your print account number to link them again. If you need your print account number, contact Customer Care with the address where you receive delivery of the newspaper.
