Why do I keep having to fill out your online registration?

You should see the registration page only once under typical circumstances.

To make sure your browser software is ready to complete the registration, please check that 'cookies' turned on in the browser and JavaScript is enabled (you may need to restart your browser if you had to change these settings). If the registration continues to come up please try these following suggestions:

Ad/Pop-up Blockers
1. If you are running an ad or pop-up blocker please temporarily disable the software to test to see if the survey can be completed.
2. If you are then able to complete the registration, you should then be able to configure the ad/pop up blocker by entering an exception for www.washingtonpost.com and washingtonpost.com. Please refer to your ad/pop up blocker manual or manufacturer for the proper settings.

Security Settings (Internet Explorer only - other users should check with their browser Help section for cookie information)
1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Trusted 'Sites' icon and make sure washingtonpost.com and www.washingtonpost.com are listed there (you will need to include https:// in front of each one). Click 'OK'.
4. Click the Restricted Sites icon. If the message says "No sites are in this zone", fine. Otherwise click the Sites... button and make sure washingtonpost.com and/or www.washingtonpost.com are not listed there. Click 'OK'.
5. Click the Internet icon.
6. If the slider is not visible, click the 'Default Level' button. If the slider is set to High, move it down to Medium.
7. Click the OK button.
8. Test the survey again.

Cookie Settings (Internet Explorer only - other users should check with their browser Help section for cookie information)
1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options (unless already there).
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Click the 'Advanced' button.
4. Put a check in the box 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling'.
5. Under 'First Party Cookies', select the 'Prompt' radio button.
6. Now put a check in the 'Always Allow Session Cookies' box.
7. Click OK.
8. Click OK again.
9. Test the survey again.
