Registry Data Section
Providing strategic and content management the Registry
Data Section also maintains and updates Crown Land Surveys,
Mineral tenure, Land tenure and Administrative Boundaries
(including Provincial Parks) in spatial and attribute
databases within Tantalis and MIDA.
The Registry Data Section also provides for management
of Forest tenure and administrative boundary spatial
data as well as providing technical and application
support to MFR districts. The section also prepares
OICs and Ministerial Orders to manage inclusions and
exclusions to Forest administrative boundaries including
removals from provincial forests.
