About this Service

Tantalis Gator is an easy to use, online search and retrieval system which provides numerous details regarding the British Columbia Crown Land Registry. This registry maintains, records and tracks the sale, survey, licence, access, return and restriction of Crown land in British Columbia. Tantalis Gator also includes links to several types of scanned original Crown land documents, such as the original Crown grant, crown land survey field notes and official plans. To establish an account click on the First Time Users link. To log in, press the Start button.

Getting Started

Before you can use GATOR you must register for an account. Click on the First Time Users link on the right to find out what kind of accounts are available for using Tantalis GATOR.

For non-government users, a BCeID account will be required before you can register with GATOR. For more information on obtaining a BCeID account please visit their website at https://www.bceid.ca/.

To start using Tantalis GATOR click on the Start button.
