The Integrated Land Management Bureau is a new organization
that values its employees and recognizes the important
role they will play in fulfilling our mandate. We will
foster a culture that supports the client service mandate
of the Bureau and builds on the strength of our organization
by developing and retaining highly skilled and motivated
employees. To accomplish this, a high-level Human Resource
Management Plan (People Strategy) will be available
on November 30, 2005. This human resource plan will
support achievement of the Bureau's service plan goals
and objectives and will be aligned with the government-wide
Corporate Human Resource Plan, "Fostering Excellence
in Public Service". |
