Workplace Equity

Through Workplace Equity you can obtain general information on employment equity and equal pay, guides for employers, descriptions of particular programs, the names and phone numbers of contact persons at the Labour Standards and Workplace Equity Division at national headquarters and of regional consultants in your province. Copies of legislation and reports are also available. Authorized users will soon be able to download employment equity reporting software (EECRS,FCPCS) and data retrieval files such as Browser and XV.
