Steve Jobs
All keynotes or any presentation by Steve Jobs is informative, entertaining & insanely intriguing. I have always admired Steve Jobs sinceI read a article in Time about the garage to Wall Street rocket success when the the 2 Steves were the first tech start-up to reach rock star status. While Apple always created products that "just worked", Steve Jobs had something more that was just genius. He did things, all things with a sense of excellence, and when Jobs said he was not motivated by just the money, I believed him. Although Jobs appeared to be difficult at times, I am in awe of what he did. For example, the Apple logo is great art itself. The missing byte [intended] is meaningful, or did the apple carry a adam and Eve reference or was the apple logo just an Apple? Apple's software competitor that grew into a huge muliti-Billion dollar global company had no logo but for its name. Years later when it tried to create a sense of style to go along with its brand oif software, its attempts at art, style or humanities did not fare well. Although the commercials with comedian that created an empire about stories based on nothing are rather funny but nit in the way intended. I have great respect for everything the tech entrepreneurs have built but it was Steven Jobs that really did it his way . . no compromises. I remember my first Mac 1988 while attending college & later introduced Macs & iPods to my daughters, one had a serious heart issue. Apple products & iTunes were things she could do & I appreciate that access on her behalf. I expect she is offering Steve Jobs a helping hand as I write this now.
