Registration Fees:  $1395 until August 12
                                   $1595 after August 12

Group Registration Discount: Companies who send 5 employees to the Java in Action Conference will receive one $500 rebate. To receive the rebate, please contact Libby Liu at lliu@techtarget.com. Requests for rebates must be received
via email by October 7, 2005; approved rebates will be mailed on or before
December 2, 2005. This offer cannot be combined with any discount offered through promotion codes or the Refer a Friend program.

Promotion Codes: Only one promotion code can be used during registration. Promotion codes will not be accepted after your registration is submitted and cannot be combined with the Group Registration Discount.

Cancellation Policy: Registration refund requests received before September 1, 2005 are entitled to a full refund. Requests received between September 1, 2005 and October 4, 2005 will be granted 25% of the paid registration fee. Requests
can be made by updating your registration profile. Substitutions are allowed with written permission from the original registrant.
