Our own avuncular Griff has agreed to troll the dusty, cobweb-draped community crypt canyons of his mind and serve us up a heaping ninety minutes worth of thrilling eBay tales, tantalizing eBay trivia, tasty (and sometimes tasteless) eBay tidbits, and tear-inducing eBay testimonials from the sublime to the incredible and yes, maybe even bordering on the down right ridiculous ("I do believe in ghosts... in a jar..."). Topic: eBay Workshop: "An Overview of Community Communication" Host: eBay Staff Date: Tuesday 06/15 Time: 14:00 - 15:00 PDT Description: Helping keep buyers and sellers informed about site change is an important function within Community Development. In this workshop, Community Development staff will discuss the tools available to members, including the General Announcement Board, System Announcement Board, Workshops, Townhalls, and the Community newsletter, The Chatter. They will also offer some insights about what goes on behind the scenes to help make sure the Community gets the right information at the right time. |
