Request diff between arbitrary revisions / Display revisions graphically

fix w3c HTML troubles, change the design to get something similar to the others webpages

Fixed a few typos.

A new page layout: "Browse the CVS" is no longer in a separate box but in a
section. Notation changed: Sources Tree --> Software Repository; HTML Tree -->
Webpages Repository.

Removed some / that still appeared at the end of the cvsroot dir and which
cause problems to some users.

FFixes a wrong HTML tag name (<em>).

More explicit explanation about module names.

  directory. Patching xinetd.conf to add the necessary
  --allow-root options.
