Hey,

Just have a couple of suggestions to improve the patch
manager (but unfortunately no code to acheive it)

1. Ability to sort category entries
   - Similar to bugs db
   - or atleast an option to order by category name

2. Reporting facility
   - again similar to those available for bugs

I think these suggestions would make it easier to
manage the patches submitted by users.
