COVID-19 (Coronavirus) update: business licence

October 4, 2021: Access to the Business Licence Office is by appointment only. Walk-in service and drop-in appointments are not available.

To help process your applications more quickly, we have moved to a digital approach for applications, enquiries, and payments:

  • Submit your business licence application by mail or email 
  • Renew your business licence online
  • Customer enquiries, contact us online

Processing times are currently delayed. We will contact you with questions or next steps once we have processed your request.

Renew your licence

Ensure you renew your existing short-term business licence ever year, and update all your online listings with your new licence number.

Fees:

  • The 2021 licence fee is $99.
  • The 2022 licence fee is $104.
  • A fee of $40 will be added to late renewals (this applies to all business licences).

To renew, you will need your account number listed on your renewal notice (distributed in December).
