Our institutional partners

The Contracting Authority for The Courier is the European Commission’s EuropeAid, acting on behalf of the ACP countries.

The Editorial Board of The Courier comprises representatives of the Secretariat of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Development.
The Editorial Board is co-chaired by the Secretary General of the ACP Secretariat, Sir John Kaputin, and by the Director General of DG DEV, Mr. Stefano Manservisi.

Sir John Kaputin, Secretary General of the ACP Secretariat:

“The ACP countries continue to share the same vision and especially to wage the same war for the promotion of development, democracy, the rule of law, human rights and peace.”

Mr Stefano Manservisi, Director General of DG Development:

“Countries in isolation will never be competitive. The ACPs have a chance like we did in the 50’s. Our job is to enable them to be somewhere in the future.”

The Editorial Board provides guidance to the contractor and the editorial monitors and oversees the editorial line of the magazine.

Our distribution partners

We distribute The Courier through our partners in ACP countries. In each country or area, we have set up a distribution network, identifying one main ‘drop off’ point for the distribution of The Courier, and others that back up its activities.

Here you can find a list of our partners, distributed in all ACP countries. Our partners have a stock of our magazine, so you can contact them directly to have you own print copy of The Courier.
