What happens next?
When you send us your resume, we will acknowledge receipt by regular mail
or e-mail, and will enter it into our resume database. If you're responding
to a specific job advertised on the web, your resume will also be forwarded
to a specialist who works on filling the types of job for which you might
be qualified. This takes about a week. Apple managers and recruiters will review
your resume and see if your set of skills and experience matches those
required for a current job opening. If it looks like a good match, we'll
call you to set up a phone interview to learn more about your experience
and background. Next, you will come in for an interviews with the hiring
manager and his or her team.
The interviewing process.
The number of interviews can vary. A decision could come very quickly, or
it may take a few weeks if several people on a cross-functional team need
to participate in the interviewing process. Once the interviews are complete,
the hiring manager or recruiter
will let you know the status of your application. If you don't hear from us
within two weeks, please give the recruiter or hiring manager a call. If
you're also interviewing with other companies and are about to receive an
offer, please alert the hiring manager; we will expedite the review process
and make a swift decision on your application.
