58 Limitation on foreign directorships--commercial television broadcasting licensees
- Subject to subsection (2), not more than 20% of the directors of each
commercial television broadcasting licensee may be foreign persons.
- The ABA may, in writing, approve the board of a commercial television
broadcasting licensee containing a higher percentage of foreign persons for a
period not exceeding 28 days if the ABA considers special circumstances exist
that require such an approval.
- If the ABA has approved a breach of subsection (1), the ABA is not to
grant another approval of the same breach.
