  Application Procedures

1. All applicants must contact the appropriate program coordinator prior to making application. 
   
2. Applications must be made on forms provided. Additional application requirements are specific
   to each program and must be submitted according to program guidelines. The branch is not 
   responsible for the loss or damage of supporting materials submitted with applications. 
   
3. Applications will not be accepted retroactively. 
   
4. Any major changes to budgets and/or projects after an application has been submitted in writing
   must be discussed with the appropriate program coordinator. 
   
5. Applicant organizations may be required to submit an audited financial statement at the request
   of the Cultural Services Branch. 
   
6. Applicants must allow Cultural Services Branch staff, BC Arts Council members, advisors or 
   authorized assessors reasonable access to view the applicants' facilities, work, program, or
   project funded.
   

You require a User ID and password to access the electronic application forms or to download a printable 
version of the application forms.  If you do not have a User ID and password, please contact the
BC Arts Council at (250) 356-1718.
