The Chevening website is an open-access resource. Visitors will be able to access the site from any PC equipped with an appropriate web-browser. The site operates an acceptable use policy requiring users to respect each other's rights.

The Chevening website does, however, promote the sponsors of the global Chevening Scholarship programme, publications and educational services offered by the British Council and by educational bodies and publishers from the United Kingdom and promotes the services of agencies which support overseas students in the United Kingdom.
