Support Overview
The Digital Creations support site allows you to place or review bug reports and feature requests. Additionally, there is an online Library with articles describing interesting things you can do with Zope, including a collection of standard idioms.
Digital Creations is committed to providing high quality free support. This is done primarily via the family of Zope mailing lists. Support is given by employees of Digital Creations as well by a growing group of Zope community experts. Many questions are answered within an hour!
Digital Creations also provides fee-based support options for those corporations and individuals who require a more formal support structure. There are four levels of annual support contracts offered for any Digital Creations' product.
Additionally, single incident support is available at $250 for email-based support, and $350 for phone-based support.
