One of the most rewarding things about selling on eBay surprisingly was the ability to hire my sister-in-law. Creativity and flexibility are what eBay is all about. So, the ability support someone else outside of the traditional work sphere is incredible. The amount of flexibility I am able to extend to family, is now one of my foundational small business beliefs.
It’s a blessing how eBay helped immunosuppressed sellers such as myself during the COVID pandemic. Without even meaning to, they have given me a sense of safety online, allowing me to stay home and sell and create an income with little risk to my overall health.
