Scientific Opinions
Scientific opinions are one of the main outputs of EFSA's risk assessment work. Opinions are produced by EFSA's Scientific Committee, nine scientific Panels supported by working groups, and occassionally by the Pesticide Risk Assessment Peer Review (PRAPeR) unit. Opinions are always drawn up on the basis of Terms of Reference which guide each Panel’s approach to each question.
