PRAPeR produces conclusions of the risk assessment on active substances which have undergone the peer review process at EU level. These conclusions summarise the outcome of the assessment of a substance, including the peer review, and are provided to the EU-Commission and the Member States which take decisions following legally defined procedures on whether or not to include an active substance in the Community’s positive list (Annex I of Directive 91/414/EEC). This determines whether an active substance can be used in a product in the EU.
