The EFSA selection process is the same in every case. Each application is screened to see if it complies with the requirements stated in the call. The most appropriate of those applications go forward for evaluation. Following evaluation, a small number of candidates of particular interest are called for interview. Based on the interview, in combination with the other requirements, a decision is made to offer a selected candidate the job.
