In this documentary, Amy Li (Harvard College ’20) speaks with scientists, educators, and students in the Harvard Forest Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) Program about the program’s origins, history, and future trajectories. The Harvard Forest was founded in 1907 and is based in Petersham, Massachusetts (Nipmuck ancestral homeland).

A peek inside the new SEC
Harvard’s much-anticipated Science and Engineering Complex (SEC) in Allston is complete. The SEC is home to a portion of Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). Labs are setting up (some are already operational), furniture has been moved in, and offices are being transitioned.
