Lookouts in the Cariboo Fire Centre

BC Forest Service lookout towers are located on mountain-top vantage points throughout the province. The towers, some of which are portable structures, often overlook high-quality timber stands or forests bodering communities. Most lookouts are staffed when fire danger is high and are connected to fire control centres by two-way radios.

They are located in Chilcotin, Williams Lake, 100 Mile and Quesnel.
