New: The Tell-a-Tale Trail at Rideau Hall

Fun for the whole family! Explore the grounds of Rideau Hall by following the Tell-a-Tale Trail. This treasure hunt is designed for the whole family and will challenge young and old to find the secret words along the trail. At each stop collect a secret word that helps you crack the code to tell a tale of Rideau Hall. When you enter the grounds, ask the guides for your copy and… get on the trail!

Kids will also like to follow the Ceremonial Guard, in their red tunics and huge bearskin hats, as they march to their posts during the Relief of the Sentries ceremony. As well, spend some time at our Visitor Centre and play structure. And make sure to keep your eye open for special events that are planned throughout the year!
