Don't miss the Relief of the Sentries as Guards in scarlet tunics and bearskin hats, accompanied by a bagpiper, march to their posts at the Main Gate and in front of the residence. You are also invited to witness the impressive Inspection of the Guard ceremony. Each June, the Governor General reviews the Ceremonial Guard to ensure that Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Guardsmen and musicians are prepared to conduct public duties.
