through interactive displays that guests of all ages will enjoy.
Learn about the evolution of the Office of the Governor General,
Canada's oldest continuous public institution. Discover some
of the fascinating people who have been Canada's Governor General.
Find out how the Office of the Governor General has helped
shape Canadian society.
The Visitor Centre is the heart of Rideau Hall family
activities. In the nearby tent, you will find a refreshment
kiosk in the summer. Browse through the gift shop for a special
souvenir or let your children enjoy the play structure.

May 11 to September 2, 2002: daily 9:30 a.m. to 5:30
p.m.
September 3 to October 27, 2002: daily 9:30 a.m. to
