What I mean sir is How can I use my Custom google plus button instead of the default google button?? Thanks :)

I don't think you can, as it's generated dynamically by Google's script.
 
The most you can do is adjust the parameters and maybe style it a bit with css.

yeah, thanks.. this the answer I want to know.. I hope they will allow us to add or use our own custom google +1 button soon.. will they? :)

I don't see how, since the button and its contents (the numbers shown) have to be created dynamically from the Google database.

 It's like any Google logo - it needs to be used as is.
