Canadians are proud of their country — and want to know more about it, and about each other. To do so, they need to have easy access to information about the Canadian federation, and they need to be able to communicate with each other directly. That is what the infoCan web site is all about. It's about all of us. It's a web site about Canada, and like the country itself, www.infoCan.gc.ca is constantly under construction.

Les Canadiens et les Canadiennes sont fiers de leur pays. Ils sont curieux d’en savoir plus à son sujet et sur leurs compatriotes. Pour y arriver, ils doivent, d’une part, avoir facilement accès aux renseignements sur la fédération canadienne et, d’autre part, pouvoir communiquer entre eux directement. C'est la raison d'être du site Web infoCan, www.infoCan.gc.ca. Un site qui parle de nous et qui, à l'image du pays, continue de se bâtir.
