All packages are shipped utilizing FedEx International MailService® service or a similar carrier and method of our choosing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed a postal ID number for your package. This ID number can be used to track the delivery status of your package on the FedEx International MailService website.
Shipping rates are determined based on the country to which the order is being delivered, as well as a per shipment and per item charge.

- Every two 7" singles count as one item.
- Single LPs and 12" vinyl records count as two items.
- Books count as two items.
- A CD and DVD boxsets count as the number of discs in the set.
International Shipping Policies
Orders are typically delivered within 2-8 weeks from the date of shipment.
Transit time is typically 7-11 business days from the date of shipment to handoff to the destination country postal service. Date of final delivery to the recipient depends on the destination postal service. Most orders deliver within 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment.
However, there are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. We ask that you allow for up to 45 days from the date of shipment for the delivery of international orders.
International orders will not be declared lost or missing unless it remains undelivered 45 days from the date of shipment.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
Packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order is shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the customer. Customers should check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.
Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. Customers should check with local authorities before placing an order. While we can refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs.
All packages are shipped with a completed USPS Customs Declaration Form CN-22 and invoice. We do not mark items as "gifts" or ship items removed from packaging.
