crush notices, etc. In addition, we will send you messages when there are

your preferences on the "my settings" page.
We may share both personally identifiable information about you and
aggregate usage information that we collect with Google Inc. and agents of
orkut in accordance to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. We will
never rent, sell, or share your personal information with any third party for
marketing purposes without your express permission.
You understand and agree that orkut.com may access,
preserve, and disclose your personal information and the contents of your
account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access
