POSITION TITLE: Associate Director
DEPARTMENT: Fundraising Programming
STATUS: Regular/Full-time
SUPERVISOR: Vice President, Fundraising Programming

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in television, marketing, communications or related field and 6 - 8 years programming and production experience; some knowledge in development preferred, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience. Must have experience in public television on-air fundraising & studio production. Must have familiarity with on and off line editing equipment, some editing and directing experience preferred. Knowledge of premium acquisition and fulfillment is a plus. Must be proficient with computers and word processing skills. Must have demonstrated managerial abilities, good program judgment, negotiation capabilities, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must also have the ability to make overall sound judgments and work effectively with a variety of individuals and personality types.
