  The THS On-Line System is an innovative automated purchasing tool that will make it easier and more efficient for federal government departments and agencies in the national capital area to access temporary help services directly from temporary help suppliers. The THS On-Line System will use the medium of the Internet and, will be launched as a one-year pilot project on February 22, 1999.
