Mining Organising and Logging Experiments
The MOLE
(Mining Organising and Logging Experiments) is a CCP4/CLRC/BBSRC
supported initiative to produce a supported LIMS
(Laboratory Information Management System) ultimately to be
distributed as part of the CCP4 package.
The initiative is based on standards (Data Models) and technologies
(Web Services and GRID) being developed as part of the e-HTPX
project by the EBI.
