Executive Committee of the Division

The business of IAU Division III is normally carried out by an executive committee which consists of the current presidents of the commissions in the divisions, the immediate past presidents of those commissions, and the immediate past president of the division. The commission presidents may consult the members of their commissions on divisional matters as they deem appropriate. Meetings of the entire membership of the division are envisioned for future General Assemblies but none have been held thus far.

The current executive committee consists of Vincenzo Zappalá and Michael F. A'Hearn (Commission 15), Catherine de Bergh and Mikhail Marov (Commission 16), Hans Rickman and Donald K. Yeomans (Commission 20), Stuart Bowyer and Christoph Leinert (Commission 21), W. J. Baggaley and Iwan P. Williams (Commission 22), F. R. Colomb and Jill Tarter (Commission 51), and Martha S.
