University Affairs policies, terms and conditions
All contents of advertisements are subject to publisher's approval.
The AUCC reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement,
insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at any
time without cause. Only publication of an advertisement shall
constitute final acceptance of the advertiser's order.
The Publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if
for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement and any liability
for error will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the
error.
Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the Publisher.
Cancellation or changes in orders must be received in writing
by the closing date.
Ads received after deadline may be accepted on a space available
basis. There are no proofs provided for late ads.
The Publisher reserves the right to alter wording of ads to conform
with human rights codes in the provinces from which the job is
being advertised.
Advertisements for positions available are open to both men and
women. A special program under some provincial human rights codes
may allow exceptions to this.
