Getting Started

Step 1: Identifying Your System

Save yourself a trip. Know what type of computer you are using before you go to purchase UT Connect. If you don't know, these hints will help you identify it.

Step 2: Requesting a Computer Account

If you don't already have a computer account, you will need to get one. If you plan to use a telephone and modem to connect, request Telesys (TDU) service.

Step 3: Getting UT Connect

Get the appropriate UT Connect package for your machine and the type of connection you are using.

Step 4: Installing UT Connect

Select the correct installation instructions for your type of computer.
