Home Page Reader is a browser and e-mail program which uses IBM's ViaVoice text-to-speech engine and Netscape Communicator to bring the Internet to the visually impaired. While the program would benefit from moving closer to Windows standards, the reviewer applauds IBM's support of software for people with disabilities.
