Systema is a bullshit, sorry to tell ya.Those russian guys they say they are spetsnaz trainers etc etc but they are not. They are not popular and in fact do not have any serious training center in Russia. All they do is making money on gullible people from the west. Russia does have several extreme fighting schools but systema is neither of them.
