Turn off JOINing in actions_box

Description:
very easy to disable 'Join' in CMF1.1

go to the root CMF object, click the Security tab.

uncheck the 'Acquire Permission Settings' box under 'Add portal member' permission.

Now you will notice the actions_box will not longer show a Join option.

Explanation:
this very simple. this could change in future versions.
its new in 1.1

Changed in version 1.3 beta by huima - 2002-04-20

Now it is even easier than before, since the actions are more in use. Join is controlled by portal_registration tool, so joining can be taken off from use by disallowing add portal members from everyone else than manager, and removing from actions the Join.
